You can make a payment for your Discover New Zealand trip using Visa or Mastercard through our secure online payment system. During the booking process, the final stage will take you to the payment page. Once payment is completed, you'll receive a reference number on screen and a receipt by email.

Payments are processed securely online. Your travel specialist can advise if alternative payment options are available for your booking.
How do I make the payment?
When completing your booking form, you'll be directed to the payment stage at the end of the process.
From there, follow the on-screen instructions to complete your payment securely.
Once the transaction has been completed, the payment screen will display a reference number, and a receipt will be emailed to you.
Is the payment system secure?
Yes.
Payments are processed through a secure credit card payment system administered by our bank and secure online payment provider.

What happens after I make a payment?
Once your payment has been made, Discover New Zealand will be automatically notified.
One of our travel consultants will then contact you to confirm your booking, usually within 48 hours of payment being received.
Can I still adjust my itinerary after payment?
Yes.
Once you're in contact with your travel consultant, you can discuss any adjustments you’d like to make to your itinerary.
Your consultant will advise what changes are possible and whether any price differences or availability changes apply.
