Totara Tour with Pure Discoveries

Cross two islands on this comprehensive small group journey designed to hit New Zealand’s biggest bucket-list items fast, blending spectacular scenery with authentic cultural experiences. 
Totara, the name explained: Totara means to be divided, and is used to describe a tribe or group of people. The huge Māori waka taua (war-canoe), capable of carrying 100 warriors, were often hollowed out from a single Totara log. The Totara was also a symbol of nobility, chieftainship, and social solidarity.
