  1. Tourmasters South Pacific (NZ) Ltd will accept no liability for loss of possessions or delay in transit but will give all possible assistance should the situation arise.

  2. Luggage is restricted to one pack or suitcase, and one-day pack per person. Luggage is carried subject to the conditions of the Carriage of Goods Act 1979. Additional luggage or equipment will be carried subject to availability. Tourmasters South Pacific (NZ) Ltd will accept no liability for bikes, sporting or other equipment carried on the coach.
  3. The itinerary, highlights and activities in the brochure will be adhered to wherever possible but should be used as a guide only.
  4. Entrance costs and prices qouted in the Adventure Guide should be used as a guide only.
  5. Unused sectors are not refundable or transferable.
  6. Tourmasters South Pacific (NZ) Ltd reserves the right to use the services of other coach operators should the need arise.
  7. Information in the brochure is correct at the time of going to print and the company will not be liable for any inaccuracies therein.
  8. Passengers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian over the age of 21.
  9. Passengers 12 and under are eligible for a 10% discount on normal price.
  10. Tourmasters staff may take photographs of passengers and activites while travelling with Magic which may be used for promotional purposes. No further consent or payment in respect of these photographsis required.
  11. All costs are in New Zealand dollars. Goods and Services Tax (GST) is included in all prices at 12.5% (subject to government change). Meals are NOT included except as indicated in the itineraries. Costs are based on two adults sharing a room. Single travellers are required to pay the single room rate.
  12. All arrangements are strictly subject to availability at the time of booking. Due to peak seasonal demands between October and April each year, early booking is advised.
  13. We strongly recommend the purchase of adequate insurance, which can cover you for loss of deposits, accidental injury, damaged personal effects, delays and other eventualities. Insurance is the responsibility of the individual traveller.
  14. Injections, hot spots, city starters, activities, other transport operators and accommodation are provided by independent companies. Tourmasters will accept no liability for their actions and all bookings are at the clients own risk. Tourmasters is not responsible for the safety standards or delays imposed by other operators.
  15. Tour Injections - One tour injection can be added per tour. This must be stated at the time of booking and is non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
  16. Tourmasters reserves the right to vary the itinerary where adverse conditions prevail, in the interest of safety. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.
  17. Tourmasters reserves the right to alter prices, timetables, pick up times and itineraries or arrange alternative transport, routes or sightseeing without prior notice. Tourmasters and it's agents are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting in these changes.
  18. Deposit
    A non-refundable deposit of 10% per person is required to confirm the booking (minimum deposit required is NZ$100.00 per person). Payment of the deposit will indicate an acceptance of our terms and conditions by the purchaser and/or passenger.
  19. Lock it in option
    To lock in your tour cost Tourmasters must recieve a non-refundable 10% of your deposit.
  20. Cancellation fees
    10 or more days before departure - 10% of tour cost. Within 10 days of departure - 50% of the tour cost. No refund will be due within 24 hours of travel date. If you cancel, then each case will be considered on it's own merits, as it will be dependent on charges made by individual suppliers and operators. Setting up your tour is complicated, as is cancelling the arrangements.
  21. Amendments
    All tours may be extended or amended, provided that these arrangements are made more than 10 days before travel date. After a booking has been confirmed, one amendment is permitted free of charge. Further amendments will incur a fee of NZ$50 per change of file. Once travel documents have been prepared (approx. 10 days before travel), any amendments will incur appropriate fees for our services and in accordance with the policies of our suppliers.
  22. Our planning costs
    Included in the tour are our fees for research, travel documentation, printing, marketing and ditribution of brochures. Tour costs represent a complete package of arrangements and no itemisation of costs will be rendered.
  23. Limitation of Liability
    Tourmasters South Pacific (NZ) Ltd do not accept any liability for failure, act or omission on the part of transportation companies, accommodation contractors, sightseeing and activity providers or other principals. Furthermore the responsibility of principals participating in the programme is limited as specified in their tickets, conditions of contract, conditions of carriage and tariffs. Tourmasters South Pacific (NZ) Ltd and the principals concerned accpet no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delays or changes in aircraft, ferry or other transport services, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine or other causes. Any such loss or expense must be borne by the passenger. International travellers must ensure that they have the required travel documentation, Tourmasters will accept no responsibility for delays or cancellations due to non-compliance with Immigration requirements.
  24. Validity
    The prices stated on the website are valid for bookings and travel up until 30/09/2008
